Frigidaire convection wall oven from 2001. It stopped heating in the middle of baking a cake and I have no heat since. The convection fan comes on and it clicks like it is working, but it is not heating. Both bake and broil elements tested fine and the thermal circuit breaker was not tripped. I replaced the control board and I still don’t have any heat. Any help is appreciated.
Did you check the power at the unit?
Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
Check the voltage at the plug.
The unit may be hard wired so you would not have a receptacle.
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Do this with the heater off and on.
Be careful as 240 volts is lethal !!!
I checked it this morning. 240 to L1 and L2, 120 to those and neutral. Is it possible that the second board is also bad? That seems unlikely, but I’m not sure what else it could be.

I am not sure how you determined that the control board was bad but it is always possible that the relay board is the problem.
Also does the unit have a DLB relay?
That would also kill power to both elements.
