Is the compressor motor running.
Check to see if the condenser fan at the back underneath near the compressor is running.
Are the condenser coils near there warm or room temp
Cut everything off for a few minutes then turn it back on and listen for a click from the compressor relay as the compressor tries to start.

The Coil In The Freezer Behind The Panel Is All Frooze Up And The Lines Too
You can defrost it with a hairdryer to get by till you fix it.
How to check stuff

If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of cold air and eventually affect the freezer too.
check defrost timer, defrost heater, defrost thermostat. In most newer models the timer has been replaced by an electronic control board. If the heater and thermostat are ok it’ll be the control
Your model number doesn’t match any I have access to to find if you have a timer or control. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/modelnumber_locator.aspx

Our Whirlpool LSL9345E washer drains as it fills. It seems to fill part way, then doesn’t fill any more because it’s draining at the same time. If I fill the tub the rest of the way with water, then it stops draining and proceeds to wash or spin, depending on where it is in the cycle. I was thinking it might be the timer because once the tub fills, the draining stops. Anyone out there have the same problem? Thanks, Rich
