I have a front loading firgidaire washer that just recently makes a loud metalic banging noise during the spin cycle.
The inside drum slopes down in the front and I’ve checked the springs and shocks all is well.
Does anyone have any ideas about the issue? should I fix it or just buy another one.
These are stackable units.
These machine are notorious for failure of the rear tub bearings and given that you have to replace the entire rear drum replacement is recommended.
