My older Frigidaire washer will not stop spinning no matter what setting I have the knob at. I tried moving the knob the different cycles(such as spin and the start of a cycle) and it keeps on spinning. However, when I select the start of a cycle, it does start to fill with water and continue until I cancel it or change it to a different part of a cycle.
I read a few different places that it could be the timer that is the issue. Is there anything else I could try?
I already tried unplugging it for a full 30 seconds and changing it to the start of a cycle but it continued to just spin.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
