front panel and oven not working

My Frigidaire PLES389CCB Frigidaire/electric Range oven stopped working. the entire front panel went out (all touch controls electronic timer and oven controls) the upper range is working.(electric burners).
I replace the clock timer contol (front panel) but that did not change anything. I am now 400.00 bucks in the hole and lost. Seems like something else is causing the outage.

Does the stove top element on lights work (not the hot surface)?
The reason I ask is that they use L1 to Neutral power (120 volts) and so does the control board.

If they do not work.
Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times, sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
If this does nothing, check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Be careful as 240 volts is lethal !!!
