Gas Dryer doesn't heat & won't stop

We’ve a Maytag gas dryer (MDG7600AWW) still running but do not produce enough heat up to dry clothes and the dryer continue to run after its cycle ended. The timer does advance. I’ve opened the panel below the door and checked that ignitor and gas valves lit up and continued to light normally. The vent is clear. There’s a thin thermal fuse? two prongs on the right side and tested that there’s continuity. Next to it is a four prongs (cycling thermostat or high limit) thermostat. This four prong is also tested for continuity and it’s good on the two outside large prongs. The two inner small prong doesn’t return any value when tested for resistance/continuity. Please advise what other parts I would need to test or replace and please point out where they are in the dryer. Also how many thermostats in this gas dryer and anything I need to check from the back panel as I have not opened the back to inspect anything yet?

Thank you in advance.
