J,
You are sure you have gas supplied to the dryer ?
Try this,
Remove the lower access panel, so you can observe the ignition and heat process.
You should be able to see the gas valve and burner assembly on the left side of the base of the machine.
I prefer to use a timed dry setting and high temperature selection and then start the machine,
This is what should occur,
The glow bar igniter should start and glow red,
After 30 to 60 seconds of glowing, the igniter will start to fade, and gas should be released, ignite, and have a flame.
You may have to observe this operation for a while(15 - 20 minutes).
Then let us know what you observe, and we can get you through the repair.
Some
Indications,
No glow, open thermostat, broken/cracked glow bar igniter.
Glows but does not cycle off, bad radiant sensor/ flame switch.
Glows, cycles off, but no flame, bad solenoids on gas valve, or no gas to unit.

first of all check to see if u have gas going to the dryer. 2nd check and see if your fabric selector switch is not on no heat tumble mode, 3rd check and see if the igniter is glowing for ignition, if no ignition its the coils on the gas valve not
