Gas Dryer will operate but heat is only slightly warm

My GE gas dryer is not heating properly, I replaced the two gas solinoids, the dryer will spin up the gas will ignite to some extent but is only slightly warm, its there some sensor or part that is keeping it from making the dryer hotter?
