Gas Leak AFTER on for 15 minuets

Gas leaks about 10 minutes after it is on on preheated…igniter is brand new. Sometimes if I shut it off and turn it back on it seems to stop leaking…Any thoughts?

Could it be one of the following gas related parts…there is only a few:

part # 26 is a gas value and is available. part #23 in diagram is a value and is no longer available.
