We bought our Frigidaire gas range a couple years ago. We cooked b’fast without any problems yesterday. Dinner is when the problems started. First, I couldn’t get the top burners to go on. The ignitors did not click, but I could smell the gas. When I tried to heat the oven, there was a very strange smell, almost like plastic burning. I could also smell gas. I turned everything off, then started all over again. This time, I was able to get the top burners to light up, but I never could get the oven to go on to the correct temp. I got hot, but never hot enough. Broiler never lit completely either. More gas smell and faint burning plastic smell. I tried to light the oven this morning. No more smell, but it does not come up to temp. I had to set it to 360 to get around 350 and it kept fluctuating by abou 10 degrees.
