GE Dishwasher wont start

I have GE dishwasher which wont start. Everything button looks like it works and all indicators on panel work too. But when i press start button it doesnt run. Its touch panel one. Not sure if its touch panel that is broken or something else?

Any tip on how to debug or what to replace would help.

What is the complete model number of the dishwasher?

It might be that it is a split plug and the dishwasher is on a separate breaker
