I have a GE Double Oven JKP27W. The bottom work fine. The top bake element will not get hot or will the top broil element get hot. I can turn broil or bake on and touch either one and they will not even get warm. Clock works, lights work.

I did look at one of the units and it does show a limit switch in Section 1.
Perhaps this is open.
I am guessing here as I do not have a wiring diagram for this unit.
GE likes to keep all tech info a secret.
