My old GE dryer snags clothes between the cabinet and door. When pulled out, clothes are greasy dirty. I suspect worn bearings that have allowed the drum to drop. Problem is, I can’t figure out how to get the cabinet apart to check the bearings. I have exploded views, but they do not have good details or give a disassembly sequence. Any help appreciated.

I have a client that has a Kitchen Aid double door refrigerator and at the bottom of the door on the left side are wires that are cut. Does anyone know what they control and how to repair them?
