GE Dryer with power will not start

Hello Forum,

I have purchased a used GE Dryer on Craigslist for my Mother. The lady I bought it from had it plugged in so that I could see it run before I bought it, now it will not start at all. No buzzing or clicks, nothing…

This is what I have found so far:
Checked the power coming into dryer at cord terminal, 120v on both legs at terminal block.
Checked the power going into the start switch, 120v going in
120v coming out when the switch is activated.
Opened the door the drum light comes on
The door latch seems to be working correctly, it clicks and holds the door closed.
I turned the timer and temp switches to all positions and tried to start. Nothing…
I have read about some sort of fuses or breakers but I do not know where to find these.
There are 2 Thermal switches mounted behind the control panel. Not sure what is supposed to happen with these and not sure how to test them. I do have a multimeter.
Can anyone be of assistance? Maybe give me a few ideas to try??

Thank you,

Rick
