I have a GE front load washer that will fill with water and drain just fine, but will not spin. The motor never acts like it is being engaged. After it fills and drains the start/pause button with flash (this takes about 2 min.). I ran it in error mode and it says to either replace the motor or the motor drive. Is there a way to test the motor with a multi meter? Does it sound like the motor is bad (it looks brand new), or could it be a control panel issue?
