My GE front loader washer ran good for 14 months then one wash day load up the washer and start. The process went like this: door lock - drum rotate once - door unlock -door lock -drum start filling- filling stop- wash cycle start drum rotate four time then stop and drain the water from drum. All this happen in about 2-min after the filling cycle stop. So I open some panel on the machine looking for loose wire found none but I found service info. I check to see how many error code was there E46 was the only one. I went ahead and reset the control board and try the machine again and had the same result and the same code came back. I went back in service mode and went down the list of test everything was OK except for spin test it never spin stay at 0-speed the hold test. I test the motor winding got 7-8 ohms check motor sensor at control board p9 connect got 0-ohms (should be 118- ohms) To test inverter/control board I ran the tumbler test and check supply harness volt 120 when I did the spin test voltage stay at 0. What you think is my machine issue, a motor or control board?
