My GE washer has begun making an extremely loud noise during the spin cycle. It’s a pretty consistent noise, and really loud. Any help would be appreciated.

As an update, my wife just emptied the washer after it was done. I was trying to rotate the drum pushing around the agitator, and it sounds like there is water still somewhere in the washer, perhaps between the inner and outer drum.
I have a small leak coming from under the washer for a period of 5-6 washer load runs. I opened the back panel, wiped up the water, ran the unit through a normal cycle and can’t see a leak, no addition water appeared. Any idea what could be happening?
Since it stopped it is possibly condensation, but more likely the seal is beginning to fail.
