I have a 30" downdraft GE Profile 4 burner drop-in cooktop. While cleaning, a grate slipped out of my hand and cracked the glass top. Currently the cooktop is fully functionally even with the crack. I have ordered a new glass replacement top, but I cannot find instructions anywhere on how to replace just the glass top for this model. A call to GE appliance customer service failed to provide any instructions. I believe I will need to order some foam tape also, but right now I really am looking for replacement glass instructions.
