GE Profile Freezer not working

Hello,
I have a GE Profile side-by-side refrigerator that the builder provided with the house when we built in 2006. Starting last summer we have had issues where the freezer and fridge temps will spike. It seemed that I could get it fixed by unplugging the unit for a few minutes to reset the board.

Yesterday the fridge started this issue again but I have not been able to get the freezer to stabilize. The fridge part seems to cool properly now. I looked at the motherboard and didn’t see any signs of it being fried. It seems like we only experience this issue after a storm goes through.

Any thoughts of where to start looking? Any help is appreciative since I am leaving on vacation in the next few days and would like to get this fixed prior.

If the temperatures are spiking down, I would pull the motherboard in the back and check the solder connections at the big power relay.

The motherboard doesn’t appear to show signs of fried or bad soldering

Hard to help without more data, like what is running/not running during failure.
