I have a GE Profile side by side stainless steel refrigerator that is not cooling on either side.
*]Main board looks fine, no charred spots or bad connections that I could test.
*]Compressor is warm/hot (Can keep my hand on it)
*]Condenser Assembly is cool, fan running. (Is there more to the condensor than the condensor assembly?)
*]The electronic panel on the front of the freezer seems to be working fine. The freezer temp is displaying incorrect, or I think it is. The fridge temp at 62 seems accurate.
*]board was replaced within last three years, before we bought the house.
*]The cover for the evaporator assembly which has two fans in it was replaced twice in the last three years.
Over a period of 3-5 days we think the temperature has been steadily decreasing. Didn’t really think twice about it until food was too warm this morning.
Any ideas on what I can test. Which direction should I turn.
Thanks.
Scott
