GE Profile leaking water for cold water supply into drum when not in use

I have a GE profile washing machine that is leaking water drops into the tub when it is not running. It is coming from the cold water supply, I shut the external supply valve and it stopped. I assume the washer in-let supply valve is bad. After checking the diagram it looks like item # 180/n AP3205006 is the part, but the drawling and information is vague.

Can someone with more experience verify this is a correct assumption and if this is the correct part # to purchase.
