The question I have is about a GE gas stove. The burner knob for the right rear burner turns (actually just spins, as the safety catch which forces you to push the knob in and to the right to get gas must be broken.) The other three burners work just fine and even turning the knob of the broken burner will cause the ignitors to tick. Is anyone familiar with this problem at all? GE was so little help it is unbelievable, a true exercise in frustration! Also, my cook top does not lift straight up as the instruction manual claims, so any help with that would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance for your time!!
