I am working on a ge refrigerator french door style. The freezer is freezing shut to the poing where you cant open it. Also i noticed the digital temp on the freezer reading -11 even though its set on 4. I started by replacing both thermistors thinking it was getting to cold. Nothing. Next i read that the drain could be the cause i defrosted it and made sure it was unclogged. Nothing. last i repalced the control board in the back and yet nothing. I asked a buddy and he says there is an issue with the insulation inside the door has anyone had this issue?
