The water dispenser works fine. I ran the "ice maker diagnostic test", and the ice maker cycled through (dropped ice, filled up with water) without any issues. After that…nothing happens (unless I run the diagnostic test again). The temperature of the freezer varies from 0 to -5 F. I’ve also adjusted the arm below the ice maker a few times adjusting tension, range of motion, etc.,…to no avail. Any suggestions before I call a repair man?
