GE Spacemaker xl1400 no lights, no vent

Several years ago I attempted to replace the cooktop light bulbs. One of the bulbs broke off when I was removing it. At the same time the cooktop vents stopped working.

Just getting brave enough to attempt fixing this myself. Ideas on parts to order??

Heather I have the same problem, no lights or fan. I replaced with new bulbs and nothing. Is there a fuse, or replace whole circuit board? D
