GE Spacemaker XL1800 Light and Fan stay on

I have an over the range microwave, GE Spacemaker XL1800 and recently when i opened the front door I heard a loud pop and a small flash.

Now, the microwave fan and light stay on when the door is closed. The microwave itself heats food fine are fine.

I have replaced the Bulb, Fuses, and tested the three switches, which all seem to work.

What could the issue be if the fuses, and switches are all working?
