I have a GE spacesaver 1800 xl that the touch pad stopped working and an F-3 code popped up on the screen. It beeped several times, so I unplugged it hoping to resolve the problem. Needless to say it did not fix the problem. It seems that something is preventing the touch pad from working maybe an internal fuse? The lights inside still work, power is at the receptacle, but nothing on the touch pad seems to work. I paid several hundred dollars for the microwave and hate to let it go to waste especially if it is something minor like a fuse or diode. Please help, I am a stuggling parent of 3 with a 3 mo old and we rely on our microwave heavily. I’m an electrician, but know very little about appliances, please help!!!
