I have a ge washer that won’t agitate or spin indicator light says "locked" motor rotor or mode shifter unplugged overnight no change would like to fix myself but don’t know where to go from here. I also checked all the wires and belt motor moves freely. Wondering if there is a way to reset the motor or if it’s possibly the control panel?
