My almost 5 years old GE washer stopped to fill water. If water added manually, does agitate (so motor is probably fine) and drain, dut does not spin at the end. Had water inlet blocked couple of years ago, now it is clear… Any ideas?

Check and see if power is getting to water valves when it is supposed to be filling. If not, try changing out the timer, this part here.
