Help - Model FGIF3036TDA Oven does nothing

I’ve checked the power coming in to the range and it is good. I’ve checked resistance of bottom element at 16ohms, top element at 13ohms. I’ve also check thermostat at 1100ohms. When the problem occurred the controls for the oven worked but did not heat. I turned breaker on and off and now the controls for the oven no longer function. The cooktop controls and burners work fine. Do I need to replace the control board? Is there a fuse somewhere I am missing? Thanks for any help.
