Yes it’s not trying to drain before it goes into spin cycle. The washer should drain the water out before it starts spinning. My neutral drain is not working.
That may be but the fact that your neutral drain is not working is not the reason the washer doesn’t drain.
Yea. It’s not trying to drain before the spin cycle starts because the neutral drain function isn’t working and it’s not draining because the motor isn’t turning the water pump fast enough to make it drain.
It’s quite possible that the neutral drain is not working directly because of the improper motor operation. Neutral drain is unreliable when rotating the gearcase input shaft by hand or even by using a drill motor to run it. It must have the full torque and rpm of a properly operating motor in order to function. Iv’e installed neutral drain kits and even completely overhauled gearcases and test them using a drill motor before filling with oil and reinstalling the cover. Neutral drain rarely works when doing this but functions fine when running off the 1/2hp drive motor.

Ok. I see what your saying. I ordered a new motor and neutral drain kit. I’m going to try the motor first to see what happens and then I will install the neutral drain kit if necessary. I will post up my results when I install the new parts. Thanks for all of the help.
