I replaced the damper control box because the damper would not open and the fridge stayed warm. Now the freezer is 0 degrees but the refrigerator is below 30 degrees. The refrigerator seems to run continually and the damper doesn’t seem to close no matter how cold the fridge is, therefore allowing cold air to continuously be pumped into the fridge. I have tried to turn the fresh food control knob down (warmer) but this doesn’t help.
Yes I just tried the link and the same thing happened.

When the On/Off button is pushed, the pump immediately starts draining and nothing else happens on any setting pushed. Tried hitting the 2 buttons together that read "drain/cancel", this does not change the situation - still pump drains
