Here are your parts includes the wiring diagram

Could be the thermal fuse, Item 5 in the "Heater" section.
Should be 0 ohms at room temperature. Be sure to remove one wire from it when you check it so you do not read an alternate/parallel circuit path.
Note it comes with a new high limit as the high limit should have been regulating the temperature preventing the fuse from blowing.
If the fuse is OK then the door switch would be next.
If the fuse is blown check/clean your vent system.
Also clean the interior including the blower wheel.
Check that the seals in the unit are OK. You are pulling air over the heating element and through the drum so a large air leak will pull in cold air, this will then cause the cycling thermostat which is on the blower to run the dryer hotter than it should.
Might as well also check your rear support rollers, idler roller, front glides and belt for wear and slop. Basically an overhaul.
The sanitized clean light is flashing and turning off power and trying to reset does not solve the problem.

Terry,
How many times does the light flash, before it pauses ( should be seven times then pause and repeat) if you have a heater circuit problem.
A steady flash would indicate a bad key on the control panel.
If you remove the lower kickplate from the front of the dishwasher, you should find the Tech Data Sheet and can run all the test modes and diagnostics.
Good Luck,
