How do you remove the inner [clothes tub] from this washer? There seems to be some restriction between the clothes tub & water tub that is keeping machine from spinning…Can’t rotate inner tub by hand…Thanks…
The central control unit is located under the top panel and can be accessed by removing the screws in the back holding the top on. The motor control unit can be found under the tub and behind the lower access panel which is held in place with three screws along the bottom. The F11 code is a tough one because I have had it be one board on one machine, the other on another, and even the wiring harness on a third, so when Whirlpools own troubleshooting guides suggests try one then the other, they don’t even know themselves. Let us know what you find.
