Trying to get at the bearing (I believe it’s called a spin bearing) underneath the inner tub of my maytag washer. I have the agitator out, removed the four screws in the base of the inner tub, and everything I’ve seen says the inner tub just lifts out, but it isn’t. I assumed the thing was just seized up, so I’ve put some penetrant on and let it sit for a day or so, but I still can’t break it loose. Any tips?
