Thanks in advance for any help. I’m looking for access tricks that someone experienced with built-in refrigerators can probably provide. I have a leaky inlet valve that needs replacing. I watched the videos I could find, which show how to replace this on a normal refrigerator where you access the bracket and the valve from the rear of the unit. My refrigerator is a 42" built-in with the valve bracket accessible from the front. My problem is that it isn’t a straight removal of the bracket and swapping of the valves. The unit cannot be pulled out the front of the refrigerator. If I can’t find any tricks, the only solution I could come up with would be to empty and uninstall the refrigerator and tip it on it’s side. This is a lot of labor just to release two screws, four wires and three water lines. Please give me the secret if you know it! Thanks.
