How to replace Whirlpool dishwasher soap door latch pin?

I’ve ordered a new spring and latch pin for the soap door on the dispenser. The spring broke and I managed to breat the pin pulling the spring out. How do you install the spring and the latch pin. Any photo’s or links would be helpful.
