Hi,
The ice dispenser in my Kitchen Aid KSRS25QFAL00 side-by-side. First it sounded like it was binding up, now it makes no sound at all. I am guessing the motor is shot, but how can I tell for sure? I also noticed small cracks extending radially out from the the hole the auger rides in, making me think the auger may have gotten out of alignment, bound up and caused the motor to fail.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
