This evening, I filled a cup with ice, and my son came up behind me, switched the dispenser from crushed to cubed and it didn’t dispense. I pulled the bucket and made sure there was no blockage. When you press the button, the door opens, but the auger doesn’t turn. Looking for feedback on what the likely issue may be. Thanks!
