ice level sensor - need part info

I think the ice level sensor in my Whirlpool fridge is broken. I found information online to test it (it blinks the same whether the sensor is blocked or not). My ice maker is making ice, but not ejecting it. I can’t find the right parts to replace the optic sensor. Any ideas on part numbers or where I can get them?

I would order part AP3137510, should fix the problem. If you have a meter, you can confirm failure by checking the voltage to icemaker connector white and black pins.
