Ice maker makes normal sized ice cubes, but will only dispense crushed ice.

I have GE refrigerator model GSS22KGMD WW, which will only dispense crushed ice. I viewed another post with the same problem, with advice to check voltage across a specific solenoid. I was hoping to find a break down for my specific fridge and/or ice maker model. Since I’m new to this site, I was hoping for advice how to fix or where to go to find that information. Thanks for any help you can give…
