Been lurking various forums for a couple days and now need a little more help with my fridge.
Basically my ice maker wont harvest ice. After unplugging from the wall it will reset and fill with water but it wont kick the ice out. A couple times that I have checked on it the heater has melted the ice but it wont kick the ice out. So it freezes then melts then freezes.
I have taken the ice maker out completely and it seems to be "visually" ok, the plastic pieces in the center are not broke.
The IR also seems to be ok. When I open the door it flashes twice, and when I close the "flap" to the left the IR stays solid.
So I think im down to either the IR module or the control module on the ice basket.
Any help would be appreciated.
