Ice maker not dispensing ice / water dispenser is working

My ice maker is making ice and dropping it in the bin in my freezer, however, when I push the button on the outside of the freezer, no ice comes out. I hear what sounds like the motor trying to work, but it doesn’t sound good. The water dispenser is working. I think the motor is not turning the auger any longer. Any advice would be helpful here.
