My Maytag model MZD2766GEB won’t make ice. I’ve replaced the water valve, the water filter and the ice maker and still no ice. The water line is not frozen or blocked and the water dispenser in the door works fine. Someone told me to swap the wires on the water valve and press the water dispenser button on the door. If the tray fills with water, replace the ice maker. I did that and it filled with water so I replaced the ice maker again. Still no water flowing into the ice tray. What else could it be?
Been working on this for weeks with no luck. The wife used to be proud of me. Not so sure anymore. Someone plz help! Thanks
P.S. A couple months ago the refridgerator wasn’t cooling because the Adaptive Defrost Board needed replaced. The lower back of the freezer frosted up so I had to replace the board. That fixed the problem but not long after that it stopped making ice.
