Icemaker not dispensing ice

I have a GE refrigerator that makes ice, but it stopped dispensing. When you try to get ice, the light goes out. I also sometimes have the same issue when getting water. There is a clicking type of sound coming from the refrigerator side. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
