GE side by side refrigerator. 3 things - 1. Water ran out of the water dispenser with out pushing the dispenser. Found huge mess on floor. Water will no longer come out. 2. If we push either the crushed ice or regular ice button, ice automatically starts coming out without pushing the dispenser button. 3. The light that is by the dispenser will not shut off. If you open the freezer it will shut off. Had to remove the bulb. Would installing a ice dispenser assembly kit fix the problem?
