I am the repairman’s best friend - because I will attempt to do a repair myself first, only to call in an expert later.
My icemaker on my Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator has stopped working. (model #10644323400) No water is coming into the mold and the cube rake will not cycle. I have water coming up the tube until it reaches a point of approx. 1 inch from the back of the freezer. I’ve checked the sensor which is working (I read other threads). I also believe I can hear the icemaker motor clicking as if it is attempting to run. Short of picking up the phone to call an expert - what should I try next?
