Inglis Dryer Won't Start

I posted here about a year ago and was successful in getting the dryer working thanks to the great advice…so here we go again.

>20 year old Inglis Dryer. The model number did come up last time likely due to it being a Canadian model.

Wife tried the dryer this morning and it wouldn’t start. What I’ve done so far:

  1. Breaker is fine and power to the outlet.
  2. Door switch has continuity.
  3. Idler switch has continuity.
  4. Push button start switch (3 wire) has continuity.
  5. Belt is fine and drum turns.

I disconnected the vent and no blockage appears however I want to check the thermal fuse anyways and here’s where it gets confusing to me. I’ve seen the conventional white tab like thermal fuses and my old Inglis does not appear to have one or at least that design.

On the lower blower area there are two electrical components (both have 3 wires) and I’m guessing one is a T-stat. The heating element area to the right has another component which looks similar to the other two however it only has two wires.

Is there a thermal fuse here? Is there anything else in this area which will stop the dryer from turning on which I could test?

Thanks again in advance guys!
