First, make sure the water supply to the dishwasher has not been turned off.
(the valve is usually under the kitchen sink).
If that is not the problem, with no water(fill) and a buzzing noise, my first impression would be that the water inlet valve is clogged or has failed.

The first thing to do is, check and make sure the water supply was not turned off.
(the valve is usually under the kitchen sink).
My first impression is, you probably have a clogged or failed water inlet valve
(buzzing noise and no water fill in the tub).
The valve is located behind the kickplate and lower access panel, on the left hand side of the dishwasher frame.
