My Jenn-Air Double Wall Oven Model JJW2830WB00 recently stopped working. We noticed one day that the display was off and assumed the breaker had been tripped. This what not the case, the breaker was still on. Tried resetting the breaker but the unit still doesn’t work. The touchscreen panel does not light up or register button presses. Checked the rail in the oven and its getting 240 volts. So I’m wondering if the relay control board, oven control board or display board is the problem. I’ve pulled each one out and checked for scorch marks or cap leaks, but don’t see anything out of the ordinary Can anyone tell me if there is a way to determine which part is the problem? I don’t want to just throw new parts at it until it works.
Here are your parts

For this problem what is important is the 120 volts from L1 to Neutral.
This is th side of the line that powers the control board etc.
Check it with a meter as it is possible to loose the Neutral without tripping the breaker.
If OK the net item to check would be the power supply (Item 13 in section 06, I think).
It should put out 14 volts DC on both Yellow to blue pairs.
